Some young people have a dream. Others are already sacrificing to make it happen.
Early mornings. Countless hours of training and practice. Missed weekends. Setbacks, disappointments and the determination to keep going.
Behind many of these young talents are parents and families making sacrifices of their own—giving their time, energy and resources because they believe in their child’s future.
Is this your story?
For THE DREAM CATCHERS, an international documentary television production by Sterling Liam Media, we are searching across the Netherlands for seriously dedicated young talents aged 12–20 who aspire to reach the highest levels of their chosen discipline.
Whether your ambition is in tennis, motorsport, swimming, equestrian sport, figure skating, hockey, basketball, ballet, opera, classical music, chess or another discipline, we want to hear about it.
We are looking beyond medals and rankings. What matters is your talent, commitment, progress, determination and the family journey behind your dream.
🎥 INITIAL CASTING INTERVIEWS
Selected applicants will be invited to a personal interview lasting approximately 30 minutes, with €50 compensation exclusively for that interview.
The €50 payment applies exclusively to selected young talents completing the approximately 30-minute introductory interview. For participants under 18, payment is made to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
Our intention is to consider these young talents for the full documentary, potentially following their development and family life during a 2–3-week filming period. Families participating in the full production will receive separately agreed compensation.
📩 DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU OR YOUR CHILD?
Parents or legal guardians—and applicants aged 18 or over—are invited to send us a private message.
We will explain how to introduce your talent and share your story.
We are not simply searching for talent. We are searching for the dedication and sacrifice behind it.
