Project: Moscow Confidential – The Short Film

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated actors and actresses to bring to life a 10–15 minute short film based on the international crime-thriller TV series Moscow Confidential — a high-stakes, emotionally driven project that blends espionage, betrayal, and psychological warfare.
📌 Purpose of the Short Film:
This short film is a visual pitch deck, requested by international media partners. It is being created to secure full production financing and licensing deals for the series. This strategy replaces traditional script-sharing — we are not releasing the full 63-episode screenplay to protect the integrity and ownership of the project. Instead, this short film will serve as the key visual proof of concept.
🎯 Your Opportunity:
- If cast, you will perform in 6 to 7 scenes, shot over one or two days.
- If filming requires a second day, compensation will increase to €200 total.
- The most outstanding performances will be considered for main or recurring roles in the full series once greenlit.
- Even if not cast as a lead, multiple recurring roles are planned across the 5-season arc — offering long-term casting potential.

We’re casting for several key roles in a high-stakes 10–15 minute crime-thriller short film set in the world of Moscow Confidential. The short includes 6–7 powerful scenes filmed in the Netherlands (urban/exterior + one interior location).
🔹 Marcus Taylor – Male, 30s–40s, intense presence, ex-military or tactical background, American or fluent English. Must be able to convey deep emotional control and suppressed trauma. Physical acting required.
🔹 Andrea Baranova – Female, late 20s–30s, tactical, fearless, but carries hidden emotional damage. Strong, agile, and sharp-tongued. Must deliver intensity and tactical realism.
🔹 Kristina Vetrova – Female, 30s–40s, Russian accent preferred. A brilliant analyst and commanding presence. Cool-headed with a haunting emotional undertone.
🔹 Sergei Korolev – Male, 40s–50s, Russian or Eastern European accent. Deeply calculating, a weathered intelligence veteran with emotional depth beneath the surface.
🔹 Roman Baranov & Vlad Reznik – Two very different ex-prisoners (tech/cyber background). One cold and sarcastic, the other impulsive and emotionally volatile. Age range 30–50.
